Infrastructure

Store:

All the fabric purchased is first issued to the store department where it is checked physically for any discrepancy. Any shortages or excess is informed to the purchase department who further inform to the customer so that approval can be taken to avoid undue delays at a later stage.

Sampling:

We have an experienced team of pattern makers and highly trained tailors who make high quality garments individually. The grading of patterns is done as per specification based on the size & a sample is made for approval. Reference samples are kept for follow up in production lines.

Fabric checking & cutting:

Greige fabric is checked for weight and weaving defects before using for dyeing & printing. Textured fabrics are sent for various sort of printing & dyeing. Dyed / Printed fabrics are then made into lots & checked for faults 

The area of fault is marked before the fabric is issued for cutting. After cutting the parts are checked with the patterns and then issued to the fabricators.

Production Lines:

Stitching is controlled by line checkers & their supervisors. All garments are checked for measurement & stitching defects which if defected are sent for alteration. After checking, the garments are washed and issued to the finishing department.

Finishing:

Once the garments are washed, they are sent for steam or ironing depending on the nature of the fabric. After pressing, the garments are checked for stains, open stitches, loose threads etc & then they are sent for final checking.

All garments are re- measured & checked thoroughly before being packed.

Packing:

The packing department packs the garments according to the buyer’s instructions.
